PhoenixX Compliance Center

Structure. Compliance. Intelligence.

The PhoenixX Compliance Center is the core of our regulatory integrity — where technology, law, and responsibility intersect.
It ensures that every activity conducted under the PhoenixX ecosystem—whether by internal teams, partner agencies, or platform clients—meets the highest standards of transparency, data protection, and legal accountability across all jurisdictions where we operate.

Our Mission

Compliance at PhoenixX is more than a legal obligation — it is a strategic foundation.
We build and maintain frameworks that protect our clients, their users, and their data from operational, financial, and reputational risks.
Through continuous monitoring, quarterly audits, and AI-supported validation systems, the Compliance Center guarantees that our operations remain lawful, auditable, and future-proof.

Certification & Oversight

PhoenixX compliance processes are independently reviewed and audited at least once per year.
We maintain active cooperation with external legal and regulatory experts across Switzerland, the European Union, and the Americas to ensure continuous adherence to emerging global standards.

Core Areas of Responsibility

1. Legal Governance & Risk Control

We maintain an integrated legal architecture based on Swiss substantive law and international compliance standards (GDPR, AML, KYC, FATCA, OECD CRS).
All partner agreements, platform integrations, and subcontractor structures undergo compliance checks and legal validation before activation.

2. Data Protection & Privacy

PhoenixX operates under a strict Data Protection Framework (PHX-DPF-1.0) aligned with the EU GDPR and Swiss FADP.
Our systems and data flows are subject to privacy impact assessments and encryption standards equal to or exceeding ISO/IEC 27001.

3. AI Ethics & Data Responsibility

Through the PhoenixX AI Responsibility Protocol (PHX-AI-1.0), we ensure that all AI-related data processing follows ethical, transparent, and legally defensible standards.
This includes provenance control, dataset traceability, and explicit rights verification for all data licensed or derived through PhoenixX systems.

4. Partner & Vendor Compliance

Every supplier, subcontractor, and agency connected to PhoenixX must adhere to our Supplier Integrity Charter (PHX-SIC-1.0) and provide verifiable proof of tax, social security, and anti-money-laundering compliance.
Non-compliant entities are automatically flagged and suspended from our operational network.
